Inquiry Sharing

This afternoon we had a great Inquiry share with the majority of our pod. We began by listening to Chloe share her findings with her yeast experiment. We found out that yeast is alive and is reactive. Joseph then explained the process of bread making and what happens during this. He talked about CO2 being given off. Felicity told us that the C stands for carbon and the O stands for oxygen and there are two of these. What a great chemistry lesson! Leroy told us all that we also breathe our CO2 and our trees and other plants absorb this. This is part of a process called respiration.

I have highlighted some of the great words we used. We can't wait to hear more about your Inquiry learning next week - keep up the fabulous learning team!
