She talked about drawing what we see, as her paintings are simply some paint on a canvas. We need to look at objects in lines and colour to be able to draw accurately.
We also need to practice, practice, practice, and never stop learning!
We can learn art in many different places - universities, art classes, youtube lessons, adults etc.
Don't let other people put you down! She began work as a graphic designer, but after a twenty year break, she went back to her paints and started again.
